About Us
From a service-oriented plumbing company started by John P. Bell, Sr. in 1940, the Bell Company has grown to become one of the leading Mechanical and Plumbing contractors on the East Coast. The Bell Company specializes in large, complex mechanical, plumbing and process piping projects, delivering superior results to private and public clients.
In December 2021, The Bell Company, LLC merged with HB Global, LLC, headquartered in Harrisburg, PA. HB Global is an employee-owned parent company with nine Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contracting divisions across the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. HB Global divisions have completed work in 25 states, the District of Columbia, 10 Caribbean Islands, Honduras & Mexico.

✅ Recently achieved construction milestones include conditioned air for finishes (from temporary) and building watertight. 📉 As summer winds down, so does the resource curve, slowing decreasing from peak levels since spring. 🏢 This 240,000 SF higher education research facility in Baltimore, MD includes seven (7) levels with a single-level parking garage below, and mechanical penthouse above. 📅 Anticipated final completion of Summer 2027.
