This challenging project centered on the construction of a laboratory facility including an NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) suite, BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) containment area, wet and dry laboratories, and associated support and equipment rooms.
Bell’s scope of work included the installation of all HVAC ductwork, piping and equipment, plumbing systems including laboratory gases and acid waste, temperature control systems, mechanical insulation along with testing and balancing.
Bell also installed high capacity air-handling and exhaust units, exhaust and supply fans, a heat exchanger, HVAC pumps, RO/DI skid, laboratory air, and laboratory vacuum.
Bell also assisted with startup and commissioning, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
