43,234 SF addition to the existing consolidated service center, broadening the specialty pharmacy production footprint inside the building in North Charleston. The addition includes specialty and distribution pharmacy spaces and includes space for future program. The addition will be served by new chillers, boilers, and air handling units and will extend domestic water and gas systems from the existing building.
