Bell designed and installed foundations, floors, shield structure, interior walls, feed preparation, process water, cooling water, compressed air, high pressure oxygen, nitrogen and natural gas, HVAC, HEPA filter system, fire protection, electrical and instrumentation control, as well as the setting and inter-connection of the Owner-supplied equipment skids.
