Bell provided Design-Assist services and performed the Mechanical and Plumbing installations for the development and construction of a new, 237,000 square foot, full service acute care hospital. The hospital in Montgomery County is the first new hospital in 35 years bringing much needed health care services in this rapidly growing and aging region.
The new facility has 93 private patient rooms, an eight bed special care nursery, six operating rooms and a 12 bay emergency department. Bell performed the installation of all HVAC piping, ductwork and equipment installation, as well as all plumbing and medical gas systems.
