Sentara Princess Anne Hospital is a 160-bed acute care hospital in Virginia Beach VA.
A Design-Assist project, Bell was responsible for the development and construction of the mechanical and plumbing systems for this new 430,000 square foot hospital. The hospital is supported by a new central utility plant. Plumbing systems include domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, acid waste, RO/DI water, and medical gas. Mechanical systems include steam and condensate, heating hot water, chilled water, condenser water and air distribution.
