West Ashley Medical Pavilion result of city’s, MUSC’s visions

January 28, 2020

Bell was selected by M.B. Kahn Construction as the Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontractor for the MUSC Health – West Campus. The recently completed project was a two-story 122,000 SF renovation and re-purpose of a former JC Penney store at the Citadel Mall in the West Ashley area of Charleston, South Carolina.

Lucy Beckham High School Project Update Jan 2020

Bell is currently performing the Mechanical and Plumbing scopes of work for Contract Construction at the Lucy Garrett Beckham High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This project is a new construction, three-story, fully sprinkled, 242,500 square foot high school (1,500 student). Bell's team is led by Project Manager Rob Klink and Assistant Project Manager Carl Hitchcock.

VCU Health Adult Outpatient Pavilion Webcam

Check out the webcams at the VCU Health Outpatient Pavilion project in Richmond, VA. Bell is providing Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontracting services to Hourigan Construction on VCU’s new 550,000 SF Adult Outpatient Pavilion and 475,000 SF parking deck. Bell’s team is led by Sr. Project Manager Mike Parasch, Project Manager Keith Calhoun, Assistant Project Manager JR Chirco, and Sr. Superintendent Steve Benulis.
