In May of 2015, Bell BCI Company, LLC was selected to perform the $4.5 MM mechanical and plumbing component of Under Armour’s 173,000 SF Finance and IT office building project in Baltimore, MD.

Project Award - Government Facility, Maryland

Bell was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing Contract for the fit-out of the first floor of a government office building, encompassing approximately 41,200 sf, and associated MEP support areas.

Bell was awarded the Mechanical Design-Assist contract for Boeing’s Commercial Airplane Decorative Paint Facility in Charleston, South Carolina.

Project Award -- Fort Meade, Maryland

Bell was awarded a chiller upgrade project at Fort Meade, MD. Bell will be the General Contractor and self-perform the Mechanical and Plumbing Scope of Work.
