Bell was awarded the Mechanical and Plumbing Contract for the fit-out of the first floor of a government office building, encompassing approximately 41,200 sf, and associated MEP support areas. The mechanical design will replace existing mechanical systems in their entirety. The spaces adjacent to, beneath, and above the floor are occupied areas with critical operations and missions. The remainder of the building is intended to remain occupied and operating during construction.

Bell is providing Mechanical and Plumbing Design-Assist subcontracting services to Hourigan Construction on VCU’s new 550,000 SF Adult Outpatient Pavilion and 475,000 SF parking deck. Bell’s team is led by Sr. Project Manager Mike Parasch, Project Manager Keith Calhoun, Assistant Project Manager JR Chirco, and Sr. Superintendent Steve Benulis.
