Bell was awarded the Mechanical Design-Assist contract for Boeing’s Commercial Airplane Decorative Paint Facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The project is a 258,000 SF two-position aircraft paint hangar with 108,000 SF of walk-on ceilings. The facility, which is used to paint Boeing’s 787 aircraft, includes two paint bays, office towers, and mechanical rooms that support an extensive MEP system needed to handle the airflow requirements of the paint process. Construction started in November 2014 and is expected to be completed in November 2016.

Roanoke, VA The crane will support upcoming construction activities taking place over the next 24 months, as the onsite, joint venture construction team of Birmingham, Alabama-based Robins & Morton and Virginia-based Branch Builds begins structural work on Carilion’s new Crystal Spring Tower.
